The Early Registration fee is available until 11 January 2019. Following this date, the Late fee will apply (€ 230 excl. VAT)
Session chairmen and authors are NOT exempt from registration fees.

Cancellation policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com)
Cancellations received up until 11 January 2019 , will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
Cancellations received as of 12 January 2019 will not receive a refund
Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
