The presenters of the Space Mechanisms Final Presentation Day are asked to take the following points into consideration: 

1. All oral presenters are asked to prepare a presentation in PDF to be delivered by e-mail, to fernando.romera@esa.int, no later than 1 April 2022. This PDF file will be used as back-up. 
2. The presentation duration shall be 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes questions from the participants. In order to prevent potential problems due to connection issues during the event you may also consider pre-record your presentation. This video shall be delivered no later than 1 April 2022 by e-mail or other means to fernando.romera@esa.int. Please include your name and the presentation title in the video filename. 
3. All oral presenters are requested to register by 1 April 2022. You can access the registration form here.
