The registration fee to the workshops is as follows:
• Workshop on Active Optics, 12-13 February
€70 excl. local VAT
• Workshop on Free Form Surfaces, 14 February
€40 excl. local VAT
• Workshop on Coatings, 15-16 February
€70 excl. local VAT
• Full Workshop
€180 excl. local VAT
• ESA Staff & Contractors
free
Registration includes:
• Access to the workshop sessions (based on the selected workshops)
• Access to the workshop material
• Refreshments during coffee breaks
• Access to the Welcome Reception
• Lunch vouchers
Note to ESA employees: The workshop is free of charge to staff members, contractors, and trainees.
Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com)
Cancellations received up until 12 January 2018, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
Cancellations received as of 13 January 2018 will not receive a refund
Any refunds will be dealt with after the workshop
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that VAT applies only to Dutch companies. If you represent a company based in the Netherlands, you will have to select the fee including VAT. For companies within the EU or other organisations not based in the Netherlands, the VAT option does not apply, therefore it will be necessary to register for the fee excl. VAT (VAT exempt)
