The Industry Day is targeted solely at Entities who belong to the Participating States in the European Envelope Exploration Programme BE+CA+CH+CZ+DE+DK+EE+GR+ES+FI+FR+GB+HU+IE+IT+LU+LV+NL+NO+PL+PT+RO+SE+SI.
Interested bidders may participate either in person at EAC or remotely. Please note that on-site seating is limited to 106 places; therefore, attendance will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis and restricted to a maximum of one (or two) participants per entity. On-site registration ends by Tuesday, 14th April at 23:59 or when full; virtual registration closes by Wednesday, 15th April at 23:59.
The ESA team intends to engage in conversation with the participants via a dedicated Q&A session. As far as possible, answers will be provided during the session. All questions will be collected and responses will be provided to any unanswered questions. All material presented and the Q&A will be made available after the event.
The event will start on 17 April 2026 at EAC at 8:30 and end at 17:00.
For on-site participants there will be the possibility to visit the LUNA facility at EAC – Please be informed that visit possibilities as limited as is on first come first served basis.
