The registration fees for the ASTRA Symposium are as follows:

Standard registration
Early registration	€250	by 15 April 2022
Late registration	€300	16 April - 1 June 2022

Student registration
Early registration	€175	by 15 April 2022
Late registration	€200	16 April - 1 June 2022

Additional Tickets
Social Dinner	€50

* VAT is applicable to companies registered in the Netherlands and Individuals. VAT is not applicable to companies which are holding an EU VAT number, International Organisations and companies located outside the EU. The registration fee includes access to all the sessions, coffee breaks and the welcome drink. Student registrations require the upload of a valid student ID card in the registration process. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER Cancellation policy All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com). Cancellations received up until 30 April 2022 will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%. Cancellations received as of 1 May 2022 will not receive a refund. Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
