Transport

The conference will be held at the Space Research and Technology Centre of the European Space Agency (ESA/ESTEC) in Noordwijk, located 35km south-west of Amsterdam International Airport.

Arriving by car

Parking is not permitted at ESTEC or in its vicinity during the CM25 Industry Event. CM25 Industry Event visitors travelling by car are advised to park their vehicles in public parking spaces in Noordwijk & Katwijk. Free shuttle buses from various stops will be available (see section “Shuttle Service”).

In addition various hotels have dedicated car parks. Please check with your hotel for fees and availability.

Shuttle Service

During the C25 Industry Event, a free shuttle service will be offered from and to Katwijk and Noordwijk. Buses will run in the morning and in the afternoon/evening.

For Shuttle Noordwijk, the pick-up and drop-off points will be:

Heeren van Noortwyck (beginning of boulevard, also for guests who park on the general parking)
Two Brothers Noordwijk (Boulevard)
Alexander Hotel

For Shuttle Katwijk, the pick-up and drop-off point will be:

Bus stop “Nieuw Brittenburg”, close to Hotel Noordzee (middle of the boulevard)

ESTEC-Schiphol airport shuttle

On the last day of the CM25 Industry Event, a shuttle bus service will be available from ESTEC to the airport. Participants can book and pay for a seat during the event.

Public buses from and to Leiden

There are also public buses available from Leiden Central Station to ESA ESTEC (at the regular fair). Check the bus times here.

Taxi Service

The company Taxi Brouwers has an agreement with ESA; the pick-up and drop-off point is at the CM25 Industry Event venue, near Catering Zone B. To book a taxi with the company, please go to the Information Desk. The availability of taxis is limited, book your taxi in advance.
