Registration is required for all participants attending the 2026 NTN Forum General Assembly.
Participant Registration Process
To ensure a smooth and fair selection of participants, our event follows a structured registration process:
1. Application Submission
Interested participants are invited to submit an application. Please make sure all required information is provided so the organising committee can properly assess your application.
2. Review by the Organising Committee
Once submitted, each application will be carefully reviewed by the organising committee. The evaluation is based on the information provided, the event objectives, and the available number of places.
3. Acceptance and Payment
Applicants who are selected will receive an official acceptance e-mail, along with an invoice for the event participation fee. Your place is confirmed once the payment has been received within the indicated deadline.
Registration is open to any organisation interested in 3GPP defined NTN technology. Participants from NTN Forum will have priority to attend, tickets for other candidate participants will be granted on a “first come first served” basis.

Payment Methods
Registration payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment is to be settled within 14 days of the invoice issue date. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail. The billing address reflected is the address which was provided when completing the online registration form. Should you instead choose for payment by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment site.
Kindly note that bank transfer payments are only offered until 16 August 2026, 23:59 CEST. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card.
