The European Space Agency (ESA) invites members of the space community to attend the New capabilities and countries in European Space Conference at ESA/ESTEC (Noordwijk, The Netherlands) on 23 and 24 May 2023.
The New capabilities and countries in European Space Conference is organised by the Capability and Country Support Division in the ESA Directorate of Commercialisation, Industry and Procurement with the intention to foster international cooperation and partnerships between new actors and between new and experienced actors in the entire space sector.
A draft outline of the event can be found here under the tab Preliminary Programme, key elements will include:
(*) Presentations shall focus on achievements funded through the PECS, AM or NMS related funding schemes. Each submitted paper will be peer-reviewed by the Program Committee. Acceptance of full papers will be based on appropriateness of the topic, quality, novelty, and clarity of exposition. Notification of Acceptance as oral presentation or poster will be provided to authors by January 31, 2023.
A presentation template will be provided upon confirmation of acceptance of the presentation.
The event is open to all entities from ESA and EU member states. Companies from ESA member states seeking new partners or suppliers can apply for a dedicated poster section to showcase their company and needs. Priority will be given to entities from ESA Cooperating, Associate and New Member States.
