The SECESA conference aims to foster exchange of experiences, success stories, lessons learned and ideas about future trends in the area of Systems and Concurrent Engineering (SE&CE). Innovative approaches enabling and improving Systems and Concurrent Engineering methodologies, latest technologies and tools and relevant applications will be presented and discussed in a forum of delegates from agencies, companies, organisations, universities, and institutes involved in space and related activities.

The conference objectives are to:

1. foster exchange of ideas, experiences, success stories and lessons learned in the areas of SE&CE
2. stimulate debate on challenges and future trends, in support to the preparation on R&D roadmaps in SE&CE 
3. promote SE&CE education in academia
