REGISTRATION
The EDHPC 2023 registration fees are as follows:
Standard registration
The standard registration fee includes:
- Access to technical sessions, tutorials and roundtables
- Access to the organised visits
- Catered lunches and coffee breaks
- Conference kit with programme and abstract book
- Drinks & Cocktails
- Welcome Reception on Monday
- Gala Event on Wednesday

* Mandatory for all presenters of an accepted digest to be presented at one of the EDHPC sessions (oral presentations or poster session).
** An official document proving the person is working in a University is mandatory to apply for a University Personnel registration. This documentation has to be up-loaded on the on-line registration form.
The student fee includes all the points above except the Gala Event on Thursday.

Payment Types
The registration form allows you to pay either by credit card or by bank transfer.
The option to pay by bank transfer is the preferred one. It will be offered until 4 September 2023. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card. In case the bank transfer is not confirmed at the time of check-in, the participant will be requested to pay by credit card and will be refunded of the extra payment upon confirmation, if applicable.
On site payment of registration fees can only be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express are accepted).
- Cancellations received up until 4 September 2023, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
- Cancellations received as of 4 September 2023 will not receive a refund
- Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
