Accommodation

Hotel bookings will be handled by the ESA Travel Office. The list of hotels and 2026 rates are available for download HERE. Please note that rates for 2027 have not yet been finalised. If your preferred hotel does not yet show 2027 pricing, you are welcome to contact the ESA Travel Office for an update.

These rates are only available when booked via ATPI and remain subject to availability. A booking fee applies to all reservations made through ATPI. To make a booking, please email: esa.traveloffice@atpi.com. 

Booking Procedure:

• A valid credit card number with expiry date is required to guarantee your room.
  
  
• Our service fee of EUR 24 will be charged, exclusive of 21% VAT (total EUR 29.04).
  
  
• Cancellation conditions depend on the hotel’s policy and will be communicated with your confirmation.
  
  
• You will receive a secure link to provide your card details. The link is valid for 72 hours and works best in Google Chrome. If the link does not function, please call us during office hours to provide your card number.
  
  
• If you need a specific company address on your invoice, please inform the ESA Travel Office at the time of booking, as invoices cannot be amended once processed.
