Onsite Registration:

Early registration fee of € 550,- ex. VAT (early rate is available until and including 9 February 2023)
Late registration fee of € 600,- ex. VAT

Registration includes:

Access to all sessions
Refreshments during coffee breaks
Access to the Welcome Reception
Access to the Social Dinner*

*Note to ESA employees: The Workshop is free of charge to staff members, contractors, and trainees, however the dinner is not included. A separate diner ticket can be bought for € 100 ex. VAT.

Online Registration:
Although onsite participation is recommended, the conference is also available online.

Online registration fee of € 350,- ex. VAT

Registration includes:

Access to all sessions via a digital platform

Cancellation policy :

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

Cancellations received as of 14 February will not receive a refund.

Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please note that VAT applies to Dutch companies only. If you represent a company based in the Netherlands, you will have to select the fee including VAT. For companies within the EU or other organisations not based in the Netherlands, the VAT option does not apply, therefore it will be necessary to register for the fee excl. VAT.
