Exhibition

The exhibition is the ideal opportunity to discuss and identify collaboration opportunities. Up to 5 exhibitors (PLATINUM sponsors) can present their products and services. 

Information for exhibitors

Opening hours exhibition
The exhibition will remain open during the three days of the workshop (19-21 October 2022). Please note that we expect to have a full conference audience in the exhibition area during the coffee breaks. Therefore, presence of the exhibitors during these periods is highly recommended.

Set-up times
The set-up will be from 14:00 to 20:00 of Tuesday, 18 October 2022. Security service will be available (at no cost) during the nights to take care of the equipment in the booths.

Dismantling times  
The exhibit dismantling is scheduled for Friday, 21 October 2022.

Deliveries 
It is your own responsibility to ship the deliveries in time and arrange for return shipment. Your personnel shall be in charge of the reception and return of your deliveries.

Registration 
All exhibitors should have at least one company representative registered (included in the sponsorship fee).  

Furniture 
If requested, one table, two chairs and two panels (2m H x 1m W) will be available at no cost. 

Electricity 
A 3600 W electricity socket is included.
