REGISTRATION

Registration is required for all participants attending the ESA PECS and Associated Member States Industry Days. The deadline to register and confirm your attendance to the event is 18 February 2026.

Registration Fees

Standard Registration € 50.00

The standard conference registration fee includes:

  • Access to all sessions
  • Possibility to schedule one-on-one meetings with other participants
  • Lunch and refreshment breaks according to the scheduled programme
  • Entry to the Welcome Drinks Reception on 22 April 2026
  • Entry to the Social Dinner on 23 April 2026
  • Entry to the Farewell Event on 24 April 2026
  • Conference kit

Note: tickets for companions to social activities may be purchased at a surcharge of € 50.00. 

Payment Method

Registration payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment is to be settled within 14 days of the invoice issue date. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail. The billing address reflected is the address which was provided when completing the online registration form. Should you instead choose for payment by credit card (VISA / Mastercard / AMEX), you will be redirected to a secure payment site.   

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

Cancellations received:

  • on or before 22 March 2026, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 10% of the total registration fee.
  • on or after 23 March 2026, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the registration fee.
Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
