Registration

Registration is required for all participants attending the 2nd ESA RAMS Conference. Oral and poster presenters are requested to register and pay the registration fee by before the deadline of Sunday, 9 June 2024.

Registration Fees

Early Bird Standard Registration - (bookable from 01.03.24 till 26.04.24)	EUR 255.00
Regular Standard Registration - (bookable from 27.04.24 till 18.06.24)	EUR 355.00

The standard conference registration fee includes:

Access to all general and concurrent sessions
Refreshment breaks according to the scheduled programme
Entry to the Welcome Reception
Ticket to the Social Dinner
Conference kit and proceedings

Note: lunch is taken in the main restaurant at ESA-ESTEC at own expense.

Payment Method

Registration payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment is to be settled within 14 days of the invoice issue date. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail. The billing address reflected is the address which was provided when completing the online registration form. Should you instead choose for payment by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment site.

Kindly note that bank transfer payments are only offered until Monday, 26 May 2024, 23:59 CEST. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

Cancellations received:

on or before May 17 2024, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 10% of the total registration fee.
on or after May 18 2024, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the registration fee.

Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
