Select the appropriate participant’s category below for registration. Registrations will be accepted on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis, and in any case no later than 1st of September 2025, 23:59 CET. The number of participants will be limited.

The above fee includes course sessions and materials, coffee breaks, welcome reception and

a social dinner. A large lunch facility is available at ESTEC at participants’ own cost.

Payment Method

Registration payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment is to be settled within 14 days of the invoice issue date. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail. The billing address reflected is the address which was provided when completing the online registration form. Should you instead choose for payment by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment site.

Kindly note that bank transfer payments are only offered until September 8th. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

Cancellations received:

on or before Friday 22nd August, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 10% of the total registration fee.
on or after Saturday 23rd August, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the registration fee.

Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
