The registration fees to the course is €2500 and includes the following:

• Course material
• Coffee breaks, lunches for the 5 days of the course and four dinners
• Welcome Reception

The number of participants to this course is limited to 60. The lectures will be held in two parallel classes, each of about 30 participants. The course content will differ in the one-day lectures on ZEMAX, tailored to the background and experience of the participants. In the application form, the students shall mark:

1. whether they would attend the ZEMAX beginner or advanced class and
2. the students of the advanced class shall in addition state their preferences regarding "Straylight analysis with Zemax" or "controlling Zemax from other software such as Python". There will be more emphasis in the course on the subject with the bigger interest.

The organisation recommends all participants at stay at the course venue, the Grand Hotel Poltu Quatu, at which we have negotiated very good rates.

• Double room for single use: €209.00 per night
• Double room for double use, sharing with another course participant: € 115.50 per night
• Double room for double use, with your partner*: € 231.00 per night  

* It is possible to bring an accompanying person to stay at the hotel. The accompanying person can have access to the dinners and the excursion for an additional fee. This can be booked via the course registration and edited until the 22nd of April 2023.
