Registration is possible for single workshops, or for all three workshops. We encourage you to come to all workshop sessions.

All mentioned workshop fees are exclusive of local VAT of 21%.

Cancellation policy:

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (ESAConferenceBureau@atpi.com)

Cancellations received up until 6 October 2023, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
Cancellations received as of 7 October 2023 will not receive a refund
Any refunds will be dealt with after the workshop

Payment policy:

Registration payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment is to be settled within 14 days of the invoice issue date. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail. The billing address reflected is the address which was provided when completing the online registration form. Should you instead choose for payment by credit card (VISA / Mastercard / AMEX), you will be redirected to a secure payment site.

Kindly note that bank transfer payments are only offered until Friday, 26 September 2025. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card.
