Technical recommendations for oral presentations: 

• The allocated time slot for your presentation is 20 minutes. This is including time for Q&A. 
• Please upload your paper in PDF, no later than Sunday 31 August 2025, in the Paper Upload Portal.
• Presentations can be uploaded on the conference PC. We recommend to bring a copy of your presentation on a USB stick.  
• Presenters are kindly requested to arrive in the meeting room at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session.  
• Hand outs of your presentation are not provided by the ESA Conference Bureau.
