Registration

On-line registration and payment facility will be opened by 11th March 2025 on the announcement site.

Select the appropriate participant’s category below for registration. Registrations will be accepted on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis, and in any case no later than 16 May 2025, 23:59 CET. The number of participants will be limited.

Course Fees*

Academia, unemployed and other non-profit institutions including ESA staff and contractors	EUR 500.00
Industry	EUR 1,050.00
*Above mentioned rates are exclusive of VAT (21%)

The above fees include course sessions and materials, coffee breaks, welcome reception and a social dinner. A large lunch facility is available at ESTEC at participants’ own cost.

Note: Up to 3 ESA Education scholarships are available to qualified students (application criteria and how to apply can be found on the dedicated page HERE). For interested applicants, please note the application submission deadline of 21th February, 2025.

Payment Method

Registration payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment is to be settled within 14 days of the invoice issue date. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail. The billing address reflected is the address which was provided when completing the online registration form. Should you instead choose for payment by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment site.

Kindly note that bank transfer payments are only offered until Friday 16th May. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

Cancellations received:

on or before Friday 2nd May, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 10% of the total registration fee.
on or after Saturday 3rd May, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the registration fee.

Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
