The 4S Exhibition will take place in the Expo Zone. The large surface area has two different heights and is split over two levels (Floor 0 and 1) offering an abundance of natural daylight through its large glass windows while providing beautiful sea views over Palma Bay.

Taxis can be found directly outside of the public arrivals hall at the main taxi rank. When you exit the arrivals hall, head towards the covered walkway and you will find the taxis right next to it. During busy times there can be considerable queues at the taxi rank and you may have to wait some time until a taxi becomes available. In order to speed things up, it is worth pre-booking a taxi before you travel. That way, you will have your taxi driver already waiting for you when you arrive.
You can take the EMT airport bus line A1 towards Es Baluard and get off at Àrea D'intercanvi Palau De Congressos which is a 2 walk from the hotel.

The bus stops are directly opposite the public arrivals hall and are easy to find. Exit the arrivals hall through one of the doors numbered from 1 to 7. Door number 4 is in the central position for the bus stops, but it doesn’t matter which exit you choose, as the bus stops are clearly signposted. Once outside, aim for the covered walkway, which is clearly visible from all vantage points. The walkway will take you across the slip roads straight to the bus stops. The blue, white, and green EMT airport buses for Palma city can be found to the right of the covered walkway.
All buses returning to the airport will drop passengers off right outside the departures hall on the upper level.

Tickets for the EMT buses, can be purchased from the driver. Tickets will need to be paid in Euros. It is useful to have some coins or smaller bank notes available, as bus drivers may not be able to give change for larger notes.
