The 4S Symposium is renowned for selecting stunning locations, offering unmatchable hospitality and providing a variety of events for networking. This year, the organising committee has selected Forte Village, a venue that won the World Mice Awards in 2023 for the world’s “best incentive hotel” for meetings and conferences, and won the World’s Leading Resort in the World Travel Awards multiple times, most recently in 2024. The organising committee has negotiated to offer this exceptional venue and its hotel accommodation at a very attractive price. The venue is reachable from the Cagliari airport with about 45 minute taxi drive.

Forte Village is nested in 116 acres of gardens of the Sardinia’s southern coast with pristine beach. The venue has multiple hotel, numerous pools and restaurants, and the world-class Acquaforte Thalasso & Spa to make the participation to the 4S a unique experience yet again.

Cristalli Hall and Foyer Conference Centre

Sala Dei Cristalli is a new glass walled meeting space. This new facility is located adjacent to the Foyer Conference Centre. 

The 4S Exhibition will be hosted in the Sala Dei Cristialli, which lends itself especially to exhibitions and is perfect for coffee breaks. 


Conference Hall

The Conference Centre’s plenary hall is Forte Village’s largest meeting area and where the Plenary will take place.


Panorama Hall

The Panorama Hall, located in the upper section of the Conference Centre, is a relaxing place to hold any kind of event, meeting or conference, as it has large windows that look out over the resort’s wonderful gardens.

The CubeSat Workshop will take place in the Panorama Hall.



Accommodation

Each accommodation at the Forte Village Resort offers something special - whether it’s the mesmerizing sea views or the tranquillity of lush tropical gardens. The rates for a 4* accommodation are:

  • Double Room for Single Use        €214,50
  • Double Room                                €346,50 

The rates for a 5* accommodation are:

  • Double Room for Single Use        €291,50 
  • Double Room                                €434,50 

The rates listed are per hotel room per night and include 10% VAT, as well as bed and buffet breakfast.
Please note that these rates do not include the tourist tax, which is collected separately at the time of your hotel check-in or check-out.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations made on or before 19 December 2025 can be made free of charge. 
  • Cancellations made on or before 14 March 2026 will incur a penalty of 50% of the total booking amount. 
  • Cancellations made on or after 15 March 2026 will incur a penalty of 100% of the total booking amount.

Name changes are permitted, provided the booking dates remain the same. Additional nights may be added in that case, subject to availability.
