The registration fee for the workshop is of 300 Euro for early registration (VAT not included) and 350 Euro for late registration. The fee covers:

• Electronic copy of the proceedings

The deadline for Early registration was 31 August 2018. Following this date, a late registration fee will apply. 

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com)

• Cancellations received up until 1 September, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
• Cancellations received as of  1 September will not receive a refund
• Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
