An exhibition of hardware and software items is planned during the workshop. Interested organisations or individuals are invited to submit a request for permission to display their hardware and software products during the workshop. The request shall include a short description of the hardware/software to be displayed and its relevance for the themes covered by this workshop, as well as the table/floor/poster space required. Exhibitors are expected to register for the workshop.

Intention to exhibit or demonstrate software or hardware can be indicated to ESA Conference Bureau with a preliminary description of the logistic requirements by the 1st of September 2018 at the latest.
