The registration fees are as follows:

Early standard registration (before 28 August 2018)	€ 600,- excl. VAT*
Late standard registration (after 28 August 2018)	€ 750,- excl. VAT*
Students, Pensioners, Unemployed registration	€ 300,- excl. VAT*

* VAT is applicable to companies registered in the Netherlands and Individuals. VAT is not applicable to companies which are holding an EU VAT number, International Organisations and companies located outside the EU.

Cancellation policy 
All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

• Cancellations received up until 9 September, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
• Cancellations received as of 9 September will not receive a refund
• Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
