Exhibition
The ICSO 2018 Exhibition will take place during the conference from 9 - 12 October 2018. The ICSO 2018 Conference will offer the opportunity to make new contacts as well as consolidate existing relationships through the exhibition.
The 2018 exhibition at ICSO will be strategically located within the heart of the conference venue within catering refreshments and networking zones to maximise traffic for exhibitors.
What is included in the booth package?
- A table with 2 chairs, poster panel, power supply and Wi-Fi
- Logo on the ICSO 2018 website including a link to your company website
- Complimentary listing in programme book
- 1 delegate registration valid for the entire conference and social events
Pricing and reservation
The cost for exhibiting is € 1500,- excl. VAT and it includes 1 registration for the conference as mentioned above. The number of exhibition booths is limited and will be allocated on a “first-come first served” basis.
