Best Remote Sensing Paper Award


OBDP2021 is collaborating with the MDPI Remote Sensing Journal.

Top-quality papers presented at the workshop are invited to submit an extended version to their Special Issue "On Board Artificial Intelligence: A New Era for Earth Observation Satellites". Please check the deadlines for the manuscript submissions in the website.
 
Additionally, MDPI Remote Sensing is also sponsoring the OBDP2021 "Best Remote Sensing Paper" Award. The selected contribution will be awarded with free publication on the MDPI Remote Sensing (i.e. waiver of the Article Processing Charges (APC) for publication). 
 
Remote Sensing (ISSN 2072-4292) is international and cross-disciplinary scholarly journal of scientific studies related to remote sensing. It has been indexed by Science Citation Index Expanded, Scopus and Ei Compendex. 

Remote Sensing ranks in Q2 (9/30) in the category of 'Remote Sensing' and also ranks number 1 as Open Acess journal in the category of 'Remote Sensing', Web of Science. 

The latest impact factor of Remote Sensing is 4.509 (2019) and the 5-Year Impact Factor is 5.001 (2019).

OBDP paper authors can opt in to participate in the competition for the award in the paper submission portal. Note that the paper must be relevant to the topic of Remote Sensing.

Remote Sensing (ISSN 2072-4292) has received an CiteScore (2020 Scopus data) of 6.6 for the year 2020, which equals the rank of 18/186 (Q1) in "General Earth and Planetary Sciences".
