The submission of your work for presentation and technical paper at OBDP2021 is closed.

Presentations will be selected by the technical committee based on an abstract. 

The abstracts shall contain the following information:

Title 
Theme 
Name, affiliation and e-mail of author(s) (prime author or contact person first) 
Scope and content (plain text, max. 500 words)
The deadline for abstract submission is 15 March 2021 - 19 March 2021.

Authors will be notified of the technical committee decision by 5 April 2021 - 19 April 2021.

Note that for OBDP2021 a technical paper is mandatory for all accepted presentations. The paper shall be between 5 and 8 pages. A template will be provided for the accepted papers. 

Accepted papers will be made available as public access (with DOI number) on the OBDP2021 community page on the Zenodo platform (hosted by CERN): https://zenodo.org/communities/obdp2021/  

All authors must accept the CC-BY license for the paper and presentation: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/. Please contact the OBDP@esa.int in case it is not possible to accept the license for the use of paper and presentation. 

If necessary, you may provide an redacted version of the presentation to be uploaded -- but please note that due to OBDP2021 taking place as a virtual conference, you will also need to provide a pre-recorded presentation that will be shown in case there are connection problems to the presenter at the designated time slot.
