Registration

Registration is required for all participants attending the ESA ACES Workshop 2024 before the deadline of Thursday, 10 October 2024.

Registration Fees

Standard Registration - (bookable from 17.06.24 to 10.10.24)	EUR 0
Social Dinner - (bookable from 17.06.24 to 10.10.24)	EUR 80

The standard conference registration fee includes:

Access to the workshop
Coffee breaks according to the scheduled programme
Onsite wifi access

Note:

*Lunch is taken in the main restaurant at ESA-ESTEC at own expense.

*Above mentioned rates are exclusive of VAT (21%)

Payment Method

Registration payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment is to be settled within 14 days of the invoice issue date. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail. The billing address reflected is the address which was provided when completing the online registration form. Should you instead choose for payment by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment site.

Kindly note that bank transfer payments are only offered until Thursday, 26 September 2024, 23:59 CEST. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

Cancellations received:

on or after 24 September 2024, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the total registration fee.

Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
