Presenter Guidelines

Authors are requested to submit their presentation slides, final paper and biography for the ARSI 2024 Workshop no later than Friday, 18 October 2024 via the online submission tool, which can be accessed by clicking HERE.

Author(s)/presenters may choose to have their abstracts and or presentations included in the conference proceedings. In such cases, author(s)/presenters shall ensure that their contribution is free of any confidential information and ready to be shared with ARSI24 participants.

Kindly note that with the submission of presentation slides, and or final paper, authors are effectively granting copyright to the workshop organising committee for inclusion in the workshop proceedings. Should you not wish to do so then please contact esaconferencebureau@atpi.com.

Submission of final paper is not mandatory, however, authors wishing to share a completed version of their paper can do so. Author instructions for the preparation of a final paper can be downloaded from the following links: [Word Version/ PDF Version].

Presentation guidelines

Each contribution has a presentation slot of 20 minutes, 15 minutes for presenting and 5 minutes for Q&A.
The version of your presentation submitted to the online submission portal must not exceed 5 MB in size and must be in PDF format.
Presenters must bring a copy of their presentation to the podium on a USB or SD card. These presentations need not be limited in size and may include additional audio/video media.
