Registration

Registration is required for all participants attending the "Advanced RF Sensors and Remote Sensing Instruments" (ARSI). Registration will open 27th June 2024.

Registration Fees

Early Bird Standard Registration - (bookable from 27.06.24 till 13.09.24)	EUR 350.00
Regular Standard Registration - (bookable from 14.09.24 till 04.11.24)	EUR 450.00
ESA Staff Registration	Free

The standard conference registration fee includes:

Access to all general and concurrent sessions
Refreshment breaks according to the scheduled programme
Entry to the Welcome Reception
Ticket to the Social Dinner
Conference kit and proceedings

Note: lunch is taken in the main restaurant at ESA-ESTEC at own expense.

ESA staff registration includes:

Refreshment breaks according to the scheduled programme
Entry to the Welcome Reception
Conference kit and proceedings

Note: ESA staff can purchase dinner tickets at € 90,- per person.

Payment Method

Registration payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment is to be settled within 14 days of the invoice issue date. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail. The billing address reflected is the address which was provided when completing the online registration form. Should you instead choose for payment by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment site.

Kindly note that bank transfer payments are only offered until Sunday, 20 October 2024, 23:59 CEST. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

Cancellations received:

on or before October 03 2024, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 10% of the total registration fee.
on or after October 04 2024, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the registration fee.

Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
