The registration fees for the ASTRA Symposium are as follows:

Standard registration

Additional Tickets
Social Dinner	€75	13 October 2023

* VAT is applicable to companies registered in the Netherlands and Individuals. VAT is not applicable to companies which are holding an EU VAT number, International Organisations and companies located outside the EU. The registration fee includes access to all the sessions, coffee breaks and the welcome drink. Student registrations require the upload of a valid student ID card in the registration process. REGISTER HERE Cancellation policy All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com). Cancellations received up until 18 September 2023 will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%. Cancellations received as of 19 September 2023 will not receive a refund. Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
