Welcome Aperitif

Held at the Conference Centre of the Swiss Space Museum after registration. A welcome drink will be offered as part of the registration fee.

Registration will start from 16.00 p.m.

Ranges Night

Symposium participants are kindly invited to a “Ranges Night” on Monday 20th May 2024 after the end of the session.

Located in the conference center foyer. If weather permits, the terrace will be open for participants. Typical national snacks and drinks will be offered as a courtesy of the ranges. Additional food and drinks can be purchased at the cafeteria bar.

This event, offered by Esrange, Andøya Space Center, DLR MORABA, CNES and HSLU will offer participants the possibility to share life experiences with the organizers

Aerospace Job Fair

On the 22nd of May 2024 in the afternoon (starting at 2.30 p.m.) the Aerospace Job Fair will take place. This event, organized by the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU), is of particular interest to companies seeking to connect with emerging talents and to students from the technical domains to network with interested companies.

The Aerospace Job Fair will take place in the main auditorium, where short company pitches will be held and in the Foyer of the Conference Center for exchange and discussions over a coffee.
