Presentation Guidelines

Technical recommendations for Oral presentations

1. Please arrive 15 minutes before your session to ‘’check-in’’ with the session chair (your bio will be provided to the chair through ConfTool ass part of the final paper submission)
2. The duration of the presentation is 20 min + 5 min Q/A.
3. No overtime will be accepted.
4. Please bring a USB stick to upload your PowerPoint or PDF file.
5. PowerPoint slides shall be prepared in landscape 16/9 format.
6. Please use the ESPC 2026 logo for your presentation on your slides.
7. Please use appropriate font size for good visibility also from the back of the conference room.

Technical recommendations for Poster presenters

The poster session will take place on Tuesday, 6 October in the afternoon.

1. Presenters, please bring your own printed posters. There is no on-site printing service available.
2. Poster will be mounted inside of the Conference Centre from Tuesday morning. After the poster session posters will be displayed in the Conference Center for the rest of the week.
3. The recommended poster size is A0 (84,1 x 118,9 cm) portrait, no multiple slides.
4. Instructions for the poster panel location will be provided on-site.
5. Means to fix the posters on the panels will be available on site.
6. Presenters are expected to be present during the poster session to answer the questions from the participants. 
7. The Poster shall include the ESPC2026 logo
