* Please note that a copy of a valid student card, or a letter of recommendation from the University is mandatory to apply for a student registration. This documentation has to be uploaded on the on-line registration form.

Standard registration

The standard registration fee includes:

Access to technical sessions, tutorials and round tables
Catered lunches and coffee breaks
Conference kit
Pre-registration Cocktail on Sunday
Exhibition Cocktail on Monday
Cocktail on Tuesday
Gala Event on Thursday
Farewell Cocktail on Friday

Student Registration

The student fee includes all the points above except the Gala Event on Thursday.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com)

Cancellations received up until 4 September 2026, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
Cancellations received as of 4 September 2026 will not receive a refund
Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
