An exhibition area will be available at ESA-ESTEC during the WAMS-26 conference, offering organisations the opportunity to showcase their technologies, products and services to a highly engaged international audience.

Interested organisations or individuals are invited to submit a request by email to julie.rocks@ext.esa.int.

The request shall include a short description of the items to be displayed and their relevance for this conference, as well as the table, floor or poster space required.

Standard Exhibition Stand Includes:

For guidance, a standard exhibition stand would include:

• One complimentary registration for the exhibitor
• Electrical sockets
• Two chairs
• Poster panel

Allocation of booths will be at the discretion of the WAMS26 Organising Team, who will take requests into consideration but do not guarantee allocation.

If granted, the cost of each exhibition space will be €1500.
