CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
The organisers invite prospective authors to submit abstracts for oral presentation or poster. Each abstract must indicate clearly and precisely the major points of interest, the novelty of the topic, and to which theme the oral presentation/poster is attached. Abstracts should be submitted in English by completing the electronic abstract submission form. The submission portal can be accessed via the button below.

The abstracts shall be maximum 800 words, and shall include:
- Paper title
- Name of the author(s) with affiliation and complete address
- Theme
- Images (optional)
The selection of abstracts will be made based on the following criteria:
- General interest of the subject
- Relevance to the subjects covered by the conference
- Originality of the material presented
- Clarity of the abstract
Depending on the topic and content, authors are invited to indicate their preference between an oral presentation or a poster. The deadline for abstracts submission is 15th of March 5 APRIL 2024.
Authors will be notified of the Program Committee’s decision by 31st May 2024. Authors whose abstracts have been accepted will subsequently receive instructions for the preparation of their manuscript for inclusion in the proceedings.
