Technical Exhibition

An exhibition of hardware and software items is planned during the conference. Interested organisations or individuals are invited to submit a request for permission to display their hardware and software products during the conference, by email to the ESA Conference bureau ESAConferenceBureau@atpi.com. 

The request shall include a short description of the hardware/software to be displayed and its relevance for the themes covered by this conference, as well as the table/floor/poster space required. Exhibitors are expected to register for the conference.

Technical exhibition includes:

  • One complimentary registration for exhibitor
  • Table 180x80cm 
  • Electrical sockets
  • Two chairs 
  • Poster panel

While registering there is an option to view the floor plan and book a specific booth. Please note that at this time the floor plan is not set in stone and a new location for each stand in a different area of ESTEC is highly likely. Updates on this will be shared as soon as possible with all registered exhibitors. 

Allocation of booths will be at the discretion of the ECSSMET Organising Team, who will take requests into consideration but, do not guarantee this.
