PRESENTER GUIDELINES

• Presenters shall allocate 15 minutes for their presentation, plus 5 minutes for questions and discussion. 
• They shall arrive in the meeting room at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session and should inform the chairperson.
• A PC will be available for your presentation. 
• The presentation shall be submitted in MS PowerPoint and PDF via a dedicated upload link, together with a short biography of the presenter.
• Abstracts and presentations will be available in the on-line proceedings for download until 6 months after the workshop. 
• Submission of this material implies your permission to ESA for further distribution.
• The deadline for submission of presentations is 31 May 2023.

Poster Presenters

• Posters can have a maximum dimension of 100cm wide and 130cm tall.  
• Push pins/magnets will be available at the registration desk.  
• Please bring a printed poster. No printing facilities are available at the venue.  
• Authors are strongly encouraged to produce a single sheet rather than using multiple sheets of smaller-sized paper.  
• Authors will be assigned a number corresponding to the associated board. Please refer to the corresponding Table displayed next to the registration desk.  
• Posters will be on display during the entire workshop.   
• Posters need to be removed at the end of the workshop. Any poster left will be removed by the organizers. The organization will not return any poster to the author.
