Registration is required for all participants and presenters attending the 9th European Mission Operations Data System Architecture Workshop. Oral and poster presenters are requested to register and pay the registration fee by Wednesday, 15 May 2024. Registration deadline for participation from a non-ESA member State is Friday, 31 May 2024 and the registration deadline for participation from a ESA Member State is Sunday, 9 June 2024.

Registration Fees

Standard Registration

EUR 250.00

The standard workshop registration fee includes:

Access to all general and concurrent sessions
Workshop refreshment breaks according to the scheduled programme
Workshop kit and proceedings

Note: tickets to the Workshop Dinner may be purchased at a surcharge of EUR 85.00.

All mentioned price are exclusive of 21% VAT. VAT will be added to the registration fees for persons registering by a Dutch company and persons who register as an individual. All other persons are exempt from VAT.

Payment Method

Registration payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment is to be settled within 14 days of the invoice issue date. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail. The billing address reflected is the address which was provided when completing the online registration form. Should you instead choose for payment by credit card (VISA / Mastercard), you will be redirected to a secure payment site.

Kindly note that bank transfer payments are only offered until Thursday, 30 May 2024. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

Cancellations received:

on or before 14 May 2024, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 10% of the total registration fee.
on or after 14 May 2024, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the registration fee.

Any refunds will be dealt with after the workshop.
