No full paper is required.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The submission shall contain the following information:

Title
Selected topic
Keywords
Name, affiliation and e-mail of author(s)
Abstract text (maximum 500 words)
Proposed for oral or poster presentation
Presenter author bio

The deadline for abstract submission is 18 January 2026.

Abstracts will be reviewed by the ESAW Review Board for selection. Authors will be notified of the Review Board decision by 20 February 2026.

Abstracts and presentations will be available in the on-line proceedings for download until 6 months after the workshop. Submission of this material implies your permission to ESA for further distribution.
