Exhibition
Companies are invited to display their products during the conference in the dedicated exhibition area by the entrance of the conference centre.
The exhibition area will host the coffee breaks and the Opening Cocktail on Monday for maximum visibility to the participants of the ESPC. We provide exhibition stands in 4, 6 or 8 square meters.

Exhibition opening hours
The exhibition area will be open for all registered participants from
Monday 05 October 10:30 until Thursday 08 October 18:00.
The exhibition remains open at any time during the conference, but the exhibitors are asked to be present at their stands to meet the conference participants as a minimum during coffee breaks, poster session and the Opening Cocktail on Monday.

Exhibition Stands and Price
- 4 m2 (2 m x 2 m) included 1 complimentary registration: € 2500
- 6 m2 (3 m x 2 m) included 1 complimentary registration: € 3300
- 8 m2 (4 m x 2 m) included 2 complimentary registrations: € 5000
Exhibitors can register, book and manage their stands via the tool provided by the ESA Conference Bureau ESPC 2026 - Exhibition Portal.
The exhibition stand registration deadline is 26 June 2026 or until it’s fully booked.
During the conference we offer small meeting rooms free of charge to accommodate more private discussions. These can be booked at the registration desk during the conference opening hours.
Shipping instructions, Set up and dismantling
Exhibitors are responsible for their own shipping arrangements and costs.
Exhibitors are welcome to install their stands on Sunday 04 October from 13:00 until 17:00 and on Monday 05 October from 8:00 until 10:30.
The exhibitors can start dismantling on Friday 09 October.
