Deadline for IEEE submission: 31th July 2026
The following guidelines and rules outline the requirements for the final paper submission.
These guidelines are also available in ConfTool under your contribution by navigating to the Final Paper Submission section.
Papers (final – camera-ready manuscript) must be written in English as full papers (no limit of pages (A4 format) in length in 2-column format, with pictures and charts, diagrams) and must comply with the IEEE rules for style by using the corresponding and updated version of the IEEE EuMW template for conference proceedings.
The Microsoft Word and LaTeX templates for the final paper are available under the following link: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.
The paper will be checked for plagiarism using the IEEE CrossCheck portal and for AI generated content (please refer to https://open.ieee.org/author-guidelines-for-artificial-intelligence-ai-generated-text/).
All the papers with a moderate or high risk of suffering from plagiarism will be examined individually to reach a decision regarding the possibility of unethical behaviour. Those articles in which plagiarism is detected will be automatically rejected.
General Rules:
1. ‘’No registration, no paper policy’’ - At least one of the authors needs to be registered for the ESPC 2026 for the paper to be definitively accepted (oral or poster)
2. It is mandatory to submit the final version of the paper independently of being an oral or poster presentation.
3. It is the authors' decision to send the final version of the article for publication in IEEE Xplorer afterwards. The specific procedure and more information will be send after the conference.
4. The final paper will not be further reviewed (besides plagiarism and AI generated content),independently if it is submitted for publication in IEEE Xplorer or not. If it is submitted to IEEE Xplorer it will have to comply with IEEE rules.
5. There is no limit on the number of pages
6. All the registered participants will have access to the full papers.
