Social Activities

Aside from the Welcome Reception and Product and Poster Exhibition event, which are part of the conference programme for all registered participants, there are several other social activities organised to network with colleagues from across the world. These additional social activities are included in the standard conference registration fee. Guest tickets however may be purchased at a surcharge. As these social events aren't included in the student registration fee, students will also have the possibility to purchase tickets at a surcharge.

Pre-Registration Drinks Reception

All those who arrive the night before the conference are invited to pre-register and join us for an informal drink. This is the best opportunity to cheer for a remarkable start of the ESA GNC & ICATT 2026 Conference with old and new faces alike.

Posters & Products Exhibition

The products exhibition will provide a platform for manufacturers involved in the AOCS/GNC subsystems to promote their products, and potential users to obtain a full and up to date overview of the currently available and next generation products.

The posters exhibition will instead showcase selected posters from the technical programme, exploring the latest research findings, innovative concepts, and technological developments. Authors will be available to discuss their work and answer questions.
