Conference Registration
Registration fees:
| Early registration (available until the 7th of February 2022) | € 110 (excl. VAT) |
| Late registration (from the 7th of February 2022 until the 7th of March 2022) | € 160 (excl.VAT) |
| Student registration fee* | € 0 (excl VAT) |
The registration fee includes the following:
- Access to the digital conference platform
- Access to all conference materials and proceedings
VAT is applicable to registration fees for private persons and companies based in the Netherlands
*Please note that the Student Registration is now full. Students are still welcome to register, but are invited to do so at the standard rate.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).
Cancellations received up until the 7th of February 2022 will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
Cancellations received as of the 7th of February 2022 will not receive a refund. Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
