Presentation guidelines

Presentation Timing: Each presentation should be allocated 17 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for questions and answers. Presenters are requested to adhere strictly to these time limits to ensure the smooth progression of the session.
Submission of Materials: &nbsp;Please upload your presentation as a PowerPoint file or PDF to the submission portal by TBC .
Arrival Protocol: &nbsp; Presenters are requested to arrive in the meeting room at least 15&nbsp;minutes before the start of their session to allow for setup and any necessary preparations.
