Presentation guidelines

Additional information regarding the presentation

    • Presentation Timing: Each presentation is allocated 17 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for questions and answers. Presenters are kindly requested to adhere strictly to these time limits to ensure smooth progression of the session and sufficient time for each presenter.
    • Arrival Protocol: Presenters are requested to arrive in the meeting room at least 15 minutes prior to the start of their session to confirm their attendance with the session co-chairs and verify the correct version and display of their presentation.
    • Bring Your Presentations: Presenters are requested to bring their presentation on removal media to allow for copying to the conference laptop prior to the start of the session.
    • Submission of Presentations: Presentations should be submitted in advance via email to rui.sarnadas@esa.int by 18 May 2026, 23:59. All presentations will be preloaded onto the conference laptop for the respective sessions, however, presenters are still requested to bring the presentation on removable media.
    • Presentation File Naming: Presentations should be named as <SessionID>_<LastName>_<Title>.pdf or .pptx. For example, C2_Smith_PresentationTitle.pdf.
    • Your Own Laptops: The use of own laptops for presentations is not permitted.
