Presentation guidelines
Additional information regarding the presentation
Presentation Timing: Each presentation is allocated 17 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for questions and answers. Presenters are kindly requested to adhere strictly to these time limits to ensure smooth progression of the session and sufficient time for each presenter.
Arrival Protocol: Presenters are requested to arrive in the meeting room at least 15 minutes prior to the start of their session to confirm their attendance with the session co-chairs and verify the correct version and display of their presentation.
Bring Your Presentations: Presenters are requested to bring their presentation on removal media to allow for copying to the conference laptop prior to the start of the session.
Submission of Presentations: Presentations should be submitted in advance via email to rui.sarnadas@esa.intby 18 May 2026, 23:59. All presentations will be preloaded onto the conference laptop for the respective sessions, however, presenters are still requested to bring the presentation on removable media.
Presentation File Naming: Presentations should be named as <SessionID>_<LastName>_<Title>.pdf or .pptx. For example, C2_Smith_PresentationTitle.pdf.
Your Own Laptops: The use of own laptops for presentations is not permitted.
