Registration

Registration is required for all participants attending NAVITEC 2026. Please note that he registration fees indicated below are excluding VAT.

Registration Fees

Early Fee (ends 31 March 2026)	EUR 330.00
Late Fee	EUR 440.00

The standard conference registration fee includes:

Access to all general and concurrent sessions
Coffee breaks according to the scheduled programme
Participation in the Welcome Reception
Conference kit and proceedings

Note: Tickets to the Conference Dinner may be purchased at a surcharge.

Payment Method

Registration payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment is to be settled within 14 days of the invoice issue date. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail. The billing address reflected is the address which was provided when completing the online registration form. Should you instead choose for payment by credit card (VISA / Mastercard / AMEX), you will be redirected to a secure payment site.

Kindly note that bank transfer payments are only offered until Tuesday, 5 May 2026. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

Cancellations received:

Cancellations received before and including 20 April 2026, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
Cancellations received after 21 April 2026 will not receive a refund

Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
