Registration

Everyone who wishes to attend the conference must register in advance.

Please note that this conference mainly targets participants from ESA Member State, Associate State or Cooperating State. ESA Member states (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovenia and the United Kingdom), associated states (Canada, Latvia, Lithuania, and Slovakia) or cooperating states (Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus and Malta).

However, we are open to consider your participation if you are not based in our ESA Member States. In that case, please contact the organisation committee directly before registering. We will consider your participation on a case by case bases.

Registration fee

Registration fee to be confirmed.

Full fare – industry, agency, and professionals	€300,00
Reduced fare - SME's, Young Professionals and Students (under 35)	€150,00

Free admission for government representatives, delegations to ESA, guests of co-host and invited speakers.

Payment Types

The registration form allows you to pay either by credit card or by bank transfer.

Bank transfer is the preferred payment option and will be available until 9 June 2025. After this date, you will need to pay by credit card. In the event that the bank transfer is not confirmed at the time of check-in, the participant will be requested to pay by credit card and will be refunded of the extra payment upon confirmation, if applicable. On-site payment of registration fees can only be made by credit card (Visa and Mastercard are accepted).

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau by email: esaconferencebureau@atpi.com

Cancellations received up until 2 May 2025, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
Cancellations received as of 3 May 2025 will not receive a refund

Any refunds will be resolved after the conference.
