Registration

Everyone who wishes to attend the conference must register in advance.

Please note that this conference mainly targets participants from ESA Member State, Associate State or Cooperating State. ESA Member states (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom), associated states (Canada, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia and Slovenia) or cooperating states (Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus and Malta).

However, we are open to consider your participation if you are not based in our ESA Member States. In that case, please contact the organisation committee directly before registering. We will consider your participation on a case by case bases.

Registration fee

There will be a nominal fee to attend this conference which will include full access to the conference, a goodie bag and the formal dinner. Concessions are available.

Full fare – industry, agency, and professionals	€275
Reduced fare - Young Professionals and students (under 35)	€125

Payment Types

The registration form allows you to pay either by credit card or by bank transfer.

Bank transfer is the preferred payment option and will be available until 29 May 2024. After this date, you will need to pay by credit card. In the event that the bank transfer is not confirmed at the time of check-in, the participant will be requested to pay by credit card and will be refunded of the extra payment upon confirmation, if applicable. On-site payment of registration fees can only be made by credit card (Visa and Mastercard are accepted).

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau by email: esaconferencebureau@atpi.com

Cancellations received up until 12 May 2024, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
Cancellations received as of 12 May 2024 will not receive a refund

Any refunds will be resolved after the conference.
