Presenter Guidelines

Please note that the programme is being detailed, so keep an eye on the programme tab.

Please consider the following points for your presentation:

• Please register for the workshop on the registration tab. 
• Due to the high interest in presenting at this year’s edition of the WS, we unfortunately had to reduce speaking time to pitches. The speaking time is strictly limited to 10 minutes and hand over to the next presenter. 
• The file containing the slides should be sent to the organizing committee by email to esaconferencebureau@atpi.com before 06 June 2022. 
• If slides are not received by the deadline, your talk will be removed from the agenda due to the high interest in this years’ event. 
• The acceptable file formats are MS Word or PowerPoint and Adobe PDF. The projection screen has an aspect ratio of 16:9, so it is recommended to have the slides in this ratio. 
• If you intend to show a movie, please provide the movie file as well (so not only embedded in the presentation). 
• The slides will be made available after the event to the participants. Should you wish to prevent the distribution of some slides for confidentiality reasons, please submit a distribution version of your file prior to the event to the organizers. Otherwise the version as presented will be made available for distribution. 
• Due to the limited talking time, please feel free to add more information in the slides – as interested participants will be able to download your slides after the conference.
